FOODinteract is a multidisciplinary research team from LAQV /REQUIMTE - Laboratório Associado para a Química Verde dedicated to Food Science and interaction with Environment, Health e Wellbeing. The team joins researchers from University of Porto - Faculty of Pharmacy and Faculty of Food Science and Nutrition; University of Coimbra - Faculty of Pharmacy, and National Health Institute Dr. Ricardo Jorge.
